Calling all young scientists! If you would like to display a project at the fair, register early in order to reserve your space and order your project board. You can register even if you have not chosen your project topic yet. Later, this form may be submitted again to update our records with new information. Final registration must be received by February 3.

Parents - by filling in the boxes below, you agree that:

• Your young scientist(s) have your permission to participate in the science fair.
• Any photos or videos of your student(s), taken by Detroit Christian Schools of Excellence or submitted by you, may be included in science fair slide show and displayed during the fair.
• You will ensure that appropriate safety precautions are taken when performing experiments at home or elsewhere, and that no experiment causes harm to any person or animal. Detroit Christian School and Detroit Christian Schools of Excellence may not be held responsible for any loss or damages.
